Privacy notice — draft

This starter stores account contact details, property listing information and login security records. It does not implement DigiLocker, identity-document collection, facial verification, SMS OTP, payment processing or private chat.

Ask Astha processes the question you submit to search published property records. The application does not save chat transcripts to its database. If the operator configures an external AI provider in server-side settings, your question and a limited set of matching public listing details may be sent to that provider to generate a response; the operator must review the provider’s terms, retention settings and applicable privacy requirements before enabling it. Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in AI questions.

Before launch, the site operator must publish a legally reviewed privacy notice specifying the data controller, purposes, lawful basis/consent where required, service providers, retention periods, user rights, contact details, incident handling and deletion process. Do not upload identity documents or payment credentials to this starter.
